My husband, our pups, and I are SO grateful for Grogan!!! Our AC went out on July 12th, and unfortunately, Fidelity initially dispatched another local company that had no idea what they were doing and ended up making things worse. Grogan had been out to our home earlier this year for a tune-up and capacitor issue, so I pushed to have our service request switched to them. After many battles with Fidelity and almost eight weeks without AC during the hottest part of summer, they finally agreed to let Grogan take over and our system was replaced. It’s now been running perfectly for two weeks! I cannot say enough good things about the entire team. Lily was always so kind and patient when helping me schedule, and they consistently managed to fit me in same- or next-day, which was such a relief during this ordeal. Monique went above and beyond — always willing to answer my many questions and more than thorough in explaining what was happening behind the scenes. Darrin, the owner, quickly accepted the work when contacted by Fidelity, and his sense of urgency to get this completed for us was night and day compared to the initial company. And the techs who came out (Cole, Trent, Esteban, Chris, and Robert) were all fantastic, punctual, and professional! I will never call another company to service our HVAC. And for anyone else using a home warranty: know that you can request your preferred company! As long as they’re contracted with your warranty provider, they should be dispatched. Lily and Monique both confirmed this for me, and I’ll definitely take the extra step to request Grogan directly in the future — hopefully saving myself the headache (and maybe the excruciating heat 🥴) next time. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 — I’d recommend Grogan to anyone in Bakersfield needing HVAC work!

We had a great first time experience with Grogan Mechanical this week from start to finish! In just a few minutes after speaking with Lily we knew we had called the right place. Her expert knowledge and professionalism helped ease our concerns of our A/C unit breaking down. She was able to schedule service promptly and ensure us it would be taken care of. Our service tech, Trent, was here on time and we had a text saying he was on the way! After inspecting the unit he was able to show us the problem, give answers to our questions, and fix the issue on the spot; no additional appointment was needed! Now that’s a cool fix. The office was extremely friendly and helpful over the phone and took care of me. I was very happy with Nick and Trent, who not only diagnosed and resolved my heater issue in a timely manner, but took the time to explain everything in great detail and answer any questions I had about my furnace and indoor air quality. These guys are by far the most professional people I have ever worked with. I hired Grogan Mechanical for routine maintenance on the furnaces in my multi family building. They quickly noticed one of the furnaces wasn’t working properly, got me a same-day quote, and had me on the schedule within a few days to get it replaced before the weather got too cold. When the manufacturer was late delivering the new furnace, Chris came by in person to provide space heaters for tenants and got me rescheduled for the next day. Amazing customer service!
